I'm Neno, and I make strange, hand-built games. Dome: Become Thyself is out in Early Access on Steam, with more on the workbench. I also run a playtest network where real players test indie games.

Dome: Become Thyself key art: a small dark figure with red eyes before a glowing dome over a neon city

Early Access Steam · Windows · Linux

Dome: Become Thyself

Type your way through the Akashic Records and discover what lies beyond the simulation. A simulation roguelite in an infinite, procedurally generated world: collect words, combine them into sentences to cast abilities and reshape reality, and learn the language of emotions.

Dome: glowing cyan and purple portals in a dark hall Dome: a lit block town at night Dome: typed words written across a maze floor Dome: a red force field inside a stone pit
Lanebreaker: a green horde of blocks breaking through a fortified corridor

In development PC

Lanebreaker

A reverse tower defense: you command the horde, not the towers. Steer, split and spend a living flood through fortified kill corridors. Every decision is "how many bodies is this worth?"

"Your opponent isn't the other drivers. It's the market's model of your morality."

Throw the Race

You're the most crooked driver in underground racing, with seven nights to pay off a loan shark. Take the fixer's jobs, bet on yourself or against yourself, then win, lose, or lose convincingly while everyone watches.

Bonfire Social Club: pixel-art bonfires with faces sitting in a cozy café at night

In development Android · Browser

Bonfire Social Club

A cozy idle café in the Digital Afterlife, for bonfires who outlived their games. Run it by day, keep it hidden by night.

TR33: glowing neon branches growing on a dark starfield

Play free Browser · Phone

TR33

A small experiment: grow a glowing tree by dragging from its buds. Every color grows a different kind of branch.

// About

Hi, I'm Neno.

Lifelong gamer · game dev

First Impressions Studio is me, building the games I want to play. Most of them start as a weird question, like "what if you typed your way through a game?" or "what if you were the horde instead of the towers?"

Making games taught me that the first minutes a stranger plays decide everything, so I also run First Impressions Playtests, where real players playtest indie games for a few dollars a test.
